A La Carte Hard Duct Mist Collection Kits

Benefits of Adjustable Hard Ducting
Traditional pipe systems require exact measurements and need to be installed precisely in the field, leaving little room for error. Our engineers created adjustable ductwork systems that make the measurement, order and install of hard ductwork simple – allowing a wide range of adjustability in the field.
Substantial adjustability in the field
MP Systems’ custom telescoping pipe allows for a flexible installation of hard duct. No need for exact measurements to quote, or special tools to install. Piping is adjustable on both horizontal and vertical lengths by using a “U” shape configuration.
No additional support required for majority of installs
All of our standard a la carte pipe systems are self-supported by 90º connectors, reinforced rubber couplers, and the telescoping pipe.
Mist collector can be mounted on a pump without sagging hose collecting coolant
Rigid hard duct does not sag, so mounting a mist collector remotely is no longer a problem.

6", 8" and 12" pipe is in stock and ready to ship from our Enfield, CT warehouse.
Mismeasured or need additional pipe? No problem, we can ship pipe RED so you receive parts next day.
HARD DUCT CAN NOT BE MEASURED REMOTELY
Only 3 measurements are needed to build a custom kit for any machine tool with the same quality as our pre-engineered kits.
It is impossible for MP Systems to quote hard ducting for a mist collector system remotely. We need somebody local to take responsibility of measurement on site.
We provide a comprehensive guide that details both measuring and ordering the required hard duct components.
Measurement A
Determines the length of the segment that comes off the machine.
Measurement B
Determines the length of the segment that comes off the mist collector.
Measurement C
Determines the length of the segment that connects segments A and B.
RANGE OF ADJUSTABILITY
Minimum and maximum lengths for 6”/8” diameter tube.
Note: When selecting pipe, choose the option that provides the greatest adjustability in both positive and negative directions. For example, for a 60-inch length, we recommend using a 4-foot tube, which allows for 12 inches of negative adjustment and 28 inches of positive adjustment.
