Swiss & Gang Tooled Lathe Pumps, "S" and "H" Series

video5MP Systems' Swiss High Pressure Coolant Systems (S-Series and H Series) are designed for the specific needs of sliding headstock, or Swiss Style lathes, but work equally well with gang tooled lathes. Available in both oil and water versions.

These rugged and dependable HP pumps are 4 and 8 port systems designed to feed multi-tools on the same machine or a series of tools on gang tooled lathes. These HP pumps operate at the following high performance spec:

  • Oil: 5 GPM, 2000 PSI, Standard
  • Oil: 10 GPM, 3000 PSI, Available
  • Water: 8 GPM, 1000 PSI, Standard

All MP System coolant systems and pumps use the patented Hydra-Cell®diaphragm pumps for higher performance, longer pump life, less repair down time, and fewer service calls than conventional piston style pumps.

H-Series Coolant System Features:

The H-Series of Coolant Pumps uses the same technology as the S-Series, but is enhanced with a Corrosion Resistant Heat Exchanger with a heat exchange transfer rate of 15,000 BTU's. Well suited for high-speed or high variable demand applications, the Heat Exchanger can double the cooling rate, ensuring tools and work edges are consistently kept at low temperature.
